During my stay, the room was not serviced at all. I found the refrigerator door opening from the wrong side, which was just ridiculous. Breakfast was a disaster with hardly anything available, and when I asked for a hair dryer, the clueless front desk staff claimed they were completely booked and couldn't find one. This place is clearly more focused on cash flow than on guest satisfaction.

the check-in process was painfully slow, taking over 25 minutes due to staff confusion. on top of that, I discovered mold in the bathroom and a misaligned deadbolt that left me feeling unsafe. I almost gave a good review, but their lack of attention to detail truly ruined my stay. not impressed, truly disappointed.

The soundproofing is practically non-existent!!! Thin walls made for a disruptive stay, while the inconsistent Wi-Fi left much to be desired!!! Upgrading facilities and modernizing room technology would enhance the experience!!!
